Job Description: As a Boarding Centre Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our boarding centre. You will live on-site in our cozy boarding home, where you will provide round-the-clock care and companionship to the pets entrusted to us. Your responsibilities will include:
🐾 Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all resident pets.
🐾 Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our furry guests. 🐾 Administering medications and following dietary requirements as needed.
🐾 Sending regular updates, photos, and videos to pet parents to ease their minds. 🐾 Coordinating with pet parents for drop-offs, pick-ups, and any special requests. 🐾 Managing daily schedules, playtime, and socialization for the pets.
🐾 Handling any emergencies or health concerns with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- Genuine love for animals and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Previous experience in pet care, pet sitting, or animal shelter management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong sense of commitment.
- Live-in accommodation at the boarding centre is mandatory.
